This well used, heavy piece of lumber was used during a specific season, 1948 in fact, and in his final year for the Newark Eagles in the Negro Leagues. It is a great looking bat, a well sanded light brown color, and comes with his own hand signed note (PSA/DNA approved), attesting to it's authenticity. Solid Cooperstown investment choice, and maybe worth 5-7 grand.
