This rare find is a dated 1959 US Senate "Memorandum", and comes hand signed by John F. Kennedy in blue flair. It is about 4x6 in size, grade is a superb 8 all over with a mailing crease and staple intact. It was sent to a Warren O'Neill of Newburyport Mass. and belongs in every serious political or Presidential collection.
