This very old envelope is stamped from June 10, 1902, and is from the AG Spalding & Bros. corporation, which is listed on the return address. It comes hand-signed in black fountain pen ink right beneath said address by the founder of the company, Albert Goodwill Spalding. The signature, reading A.G. Spalding, grades a very strong overall 7.5, and with the HOF pitcher/pioneer deceased now more than a century, retail is easily low thousands on this gem!
