This important US president and Civil War item is not just a signature...no..it is a hand written letter in the general turned US Presidents hand, and comes signed along the bottom. It is 150 years old, looks it, and grades about a 7 all over with some spotting evident. It is almost 7x9 in size, on one style manilla paper, and value is mid-thousands on the relic. It has a few folds evident but hard to see, and sells here with NO reserve!
