This super duper RARE and historic collector's item is an original deed from May 25, 1861, still in EX condition, and measuring 3.25x8. It is hand-signed in black ink by legendary Confederate General, Stonewall Jackson, his signature grading a legible 6.5-7, and reading T.J. Jackson. The item is rare enough to begin with, but with Jackson's untimely death only two years later in 1863 after being shot by his own men, retail is thousands!
