This roughly 4x5 vintage envelope is affixed with a 1cent stamp, and is stamped from January of 1928 ... NINETY YEARS AGO!!! It is hand-signed in black fountain pen ink on the upper left hand corner by the famed prohibition crime boss himself, grading about a 6.5 and comes certified by forensic science expert Chris Morales for authenticity! Valued well into the low thousands, but we'll start the bidding low!
