This unique offering is a vintage red-laced ball that is sweet spot-signed in black ink by the Cubs all time great hurler himself. The ball is cubed in VG+ shape, and includes hand-writing on the opposite side of the signature, including 3 Finger Brown, ERA 2.06, 239 Wins, 1375 Strikeouts, Hall Of Fame 1949 Cooperstown, NY. These inscriptions are more than likely added by the original collector and NOT Brown himself, but the signature, grading a decent 5, with some fading, comes fully STAT Authentic certified. A great looking collector's item, valued into the five figure range!
