This very old cut of white paper measures right around 1.5x4.25" in size, and is in G+ shape, with words appearing on the top edge. It features a gorgeous black ink signature from the father of our country, 1st United States President, George Washington, grading a legible 5 or better, and fully certified by former US Secret Service forensic science expert Chris Morales.
