This vintage cut is approx. 1.5"x4.5" in size and in EX shape overall and is off-white in color. It comes signed superbly in old black ink by this long-deceased Union General and American President and grades a light but legible 4! Perfect for matting/framing and valued well into the thousands! WOW!
