This vintage, stamped envelope is addressed to Pennsylvania, measures nearly 3x4.5 in size, is in VG+/EX condition, and comes black ink signed at the top center by the war hero turned US President. Overall, I'd say an honest 7 is in order here and value is easily, over a grand on this rare, one of a kind 19th Century item!
