This 150+ year old cut is from an original document, dated July 4, 1863, with the words Sealed & Delivered in the presence of me in script at the top. It is full name-signed in black ink by the long-deceased US President, and dated in his hand, so it was, in fact, signed during his Presidency, making it that much more valuable. Fully certified by court-qualified forensic science expert Chris Morales, and valued well, WELL into the thousands!
