This vintage cut is off white paper, measuring approximately 2.25x3.5" in size, and in EX+ overall condition, especially considering its advanced age. It is hand-signed in black by both the President and his First Lady, the signatures appearing dark brown now, but still grading legible 6.5-7's, and it comes with a full photo LOA from forensic examiner Chris Morales. Valued well into the thousands, and a truly historic item!
