This very old cut of white paper measures right around 1.25x4.25" in size, and is in EX shape, cleanly torn on the left edge and cut on all others. It features a gorgeous black ink signature from the father of our country, 1st United States President, George Washington, a bold, legible 5.5 at least, and fully certified by former US Secret Service forensic science expert Chris Morales.
