This 19 card COMPLETE Team set from 1949 Bowman of the Philadelphia Phillies includes 15 ROOKIE cards, and overall HIGH GRADE. This comes right from Phillies collector Ed Gulian, a lifetime Phialdelphia Fan and card collector, and in his 70's now. I have graded each card for you and am a FAIR grader, not overgrading cards, and have the following. R.Ashburn ROOKIE--EX 5, Robin Roberts--VG 3 (Light Creases), W.Jones 5 EX, E.Waitkus--EX 5, A.Seminick--NM/MT 8, Curt Simmons-NM 7, D.Sisler--NM 7, S.Lopata--5.5 EX+, K.Heintzelman--EX 5, J.Blatnick-VG 3 (Light Creases), H.Bowory EX-MT 6, S.Donnelly--EX 5, Jocko Thompson--EX-MT 6, K.Trinkle--NM 7, Schoolboy Rowe-vg-EX 4 (Pencil WOB) "released", J.Mayo-EX-MT 6, B.Nicholson--EX-MT 6, Dutch Leonard--NM 7, H.Walker--3.5 VG+ Light Creases. Thus is a super team set with a value over $830 with my conservative grading, and could be alot higher if some of the higher grades get you a better grade.
