This RARE item is an old Penn-Craft star hat that is in EX shape and has a black band around it. It comes signed by this long-deceased baseball HOFer in back ink on the front and the legible signature grades a solid 5.5-6 overall and displays very nicely. It comes with a COA from the experts at STAT and a real scarce item as he died back in 1953!
