This unlabeled black and red laced vintage baseball comes to us cubed in Fair condition, having been shellacked to preserve the gorgeous signature of the great '36 HOF Inductee, Christy Mathewson! The signature (on the sweet spot) grades a legible 8, and includes a unique left panel inscription that reads "Game 2, October 8, 1913, Christy Mathewson Shutout, NY Giants 3 - 0 Phila Athletics. WOW! What an amazing piece of historic baseball, fully certified by court-qualified forensics examiner Chris Morales, and valued into the five figure range!!!
