Description
This approx. 7"x9" piece of vintage paper has the customary mailing folds on it and is in VG shape overall on creme-colored & thin-stock paper. It is dated by this legendary President of the U.S. from March 5, 1864 from the Executive Mansion and is written to "Gov. Lowe". It is signed "A.Lincoln" superbly in vintage black dip/nib ink with "yours truly" above his signature! It grades a 6.5 overall at least and comes with a COA from forensic examiner and former Secret Service Agent/Authenticator Chris Morales. WOW!
