This RARE card is the 1916 M101-4 Babe Ruth Baseball card #151 and is in P condition, with creases, and a some scuffing, corner wear, and some staining on back. This card has a RARE back with "He--snedner Co. Boys Fashion Shop, Grands Rapids, MIch". advertising on the back of the card. Hard to read name with scuffing, etc.The card deserves the POOR grade as it has some problems, but a nice card of the Babe from 100 years ago
